Ms. Lerner has a constitutional right to invoke the Fifth Amendment. She does not, however, have the right to invoke those rights AND remain an employee of the GOTUS. In addition, her state bar may have a thing or two to say about her law license. Bye bye Lois.

We could start with defense savings by eliminating the Marine Corps as a separate service. First, for all you Tea Party darlings out there, the Constitition authorizes Congress to fund an army and a navy; there is no mention of a marine force (or an air force, for that matter).
